​Gymnastics

My name  is Teresa Foster.

I am a British Gymnastics qualified coach and have been coaching gymnastics to both boys and girls for the last 8 years. 

I also coach at Swindon School of Gymnastics.

Gymnastic sessions take place at the Carter Institute on Tuesdays term time only.

The first session is for children in years 1, 2 and 3  and runs from 3.30pm to 4.30pm.  The second session is for children in yrs 4, 5 and 6 and runs from 4.45pm-5.45pm

Gymnasts will have the opportunity to learn skills on floor, beam and vault and complete the British Gymnastics award scheme if they wish to.

We have a club competition once a year and regularly learn routines to show friends and family.
